In alignment with our commitment to holistic health and environmental sustainability, INDIA-AIDS NGO successfully organized an Ashwagandha Sapling Distribution Drive on 7th April 2025 at Samridhi Apartments, Dwarka. The event was a part of our ongoing campaign to promote traditional medicinal plants and green practices among urban residents.

Over 2,000 Ashwagandha saplings were distributed during the day-long drive. Residents of all age groups actively participated and showed great enthusiasm in adopting this powerful Ayurvedic herb, known for its immunity-boosting and stress-relieving properties. Volunteers from INDIA-AIDS educated the participants about the benefits of Ashwagandha, its planting methods, and easy home care tips.

This initiative not only encouraged citizens to grow medicinal plants at home but also aimed to connect them with the rich heritage of Ayurveda. It reinforced our broader vision of creating a healthy, green, and self-sustaining community.

The event was a huge success, thanks to the collective support of residents, volunteers, and local partners. With more green steps like this, INDIA-AIDS continues to foster health, awareness, and environmental responsibility—one sapling at a time.
