💄Beauty Care Assistant – Skill, Self-Reliance & Self-Worth

The Beauty Care Assistant course at INDIA-AIDS is one of our most sought-after vocational training programs, especially among young women from underprivileged communities. Conducted in affiliation with Jan Shikshan Sansthan (JSS) and supported by the Ministry of Skill Development, this program has trained 60 students across 3 batches in the art and science of beauty and wellness.

Participants are taught a wide range of practical skills including facial treatments, threading, waxing, hair care, basic makeup, manicure-pedicure, and hygiene protocols. The training not only covers technical knowledge but also emphasizes customer service, entrepreneurship, and salon management basics, equipping trainees to either start their own small salons or work professionally in established beauty parlors.

Upon completion, each student receives a recognized certification, making them job-ready and confident in their ability to earn an independent livelihood. Many of our alumni are now running successful home-based beauty services or employed in local salons, contributing to their family income and improving their social standing.

This course is more than just grooming—it’s about instilling confidence, independence, and purpose in the lives of women. INDIA-AIDS proudly continues to open doors for those who dare to dream beyond their circumstances.
