On 3rd June 2025, INDIA-AIDS proudly commenced new batches for various vocational courses under the guidance and support of Jan Shikshan Sansthan (JSS). The fresh sessions mark a renewed commitment to skill development, livelihood creation, and empowerment, especially for underprivileged youth and women from marginalized communities.
The training centre came alive with energy as dozens of enthusiastic learners enrolled for practical, job-oriented courses. These included Stitching & Tailoring, Beauty Culture, Computer Education, Gardening and Plant Life, Plastic Waste Segregation & Waste-to-Wealth, and Decorative Art & Painting. The inauguration was simple yet heartfelt, with trainers encouraging the students to fully utilize this opportunity for personal and professional growth.
What sets these JSS courses apart is their flexibility, affordability, and real-life utility. The classes are conducted in easily accessible locations with experienced trainers, practical exposure, and strong mentoring support. From learning to design clothes, operate computers, manage kitchen gardens, to understanding how to convert waste into creative crafts, these sessions are designed to make every learner self-reliant.
INDIA-AIDS has witnessed a remarkable response to its skilling initiatives, especially from housewives, school dropouts, and domestic workers who seek a better future. These new batches not only offer education but also restore hope, confidence, and dignity to learners who often go unnoticed in traditional education systems.
As the sessions progress, regular evaluations, guest lectures, and exhibitions will also be held to ensure holistic development. The launch of new classes this June is another step in INDIA-AIDS’s journey to empower communities through education, skill, and opportunity.
