On 23rd May 2025, the INDIA-AIDS NGO, in collaboration with Jan Shikshan Sansthan (JSS), Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, organized a Certificate Distribution Ceremony for over 240 students who completed vocational training in various skill sectors. The event marked a significant milestone in empowering youth and women from economically weaker sections with livelihood-oriented education.
The programs, held over several months at different INDIA-AIDS centers across Delhi, included diverse vocational courses like:
Stitching & Tailoring
Beauty Care Assistant
Computer Education
Art & Painting
Plastic Waste Segregation & Waste-to-Wealth
Gardening & Plant Life
Affordable Tuition Support for Students
Each batch consisted of 20–30 students who underwent intensive hands-on training under expert instructors. The courses focused on practical skills, entrepreneurship, and sustainability, enabling students to either gain employment or start their own small businesses from home.
The certificate distribution ceremony was graced by key dignitaries from JSS, local social workers, and INDIA-AIDS officials. Mrs. Archana Shrivastava, General Secretary of INDIA-AIDS, addressed the gathering and highlighted the NGO’s mission to empower underprivileged communities through skill education and self-reliance. Trainers were also appreciated for their dedicated mentorship.
Many proud students shared emotional stories of transformation, confidence building, and hope. From homemakers learning tailoring for the first time to young girls mastering beauty care or computer literacy, the event symbolized real progress at the grassroots level.
This ceremony was not just a distribution of certificates—it was a celebration of resilience, potential, and the commitment to inclusive development. With growing partnerships like this, INDIA-AIDS continues to shape brighter futures, one skill at a time.
